- Wake up to hot coffee and smiling faces while you enjoy Brian's morning fare. Entrees include eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, three cheese omelet, garden omelet, latin omelet, apple cinnamon pancakes, peanut butter cashew waffles, and signature potatoes.

- Come in and relax with food that will make you forget that it's only lunch. Sandwiches include Cuban, chicken Cuban, Red Wine Cashew Chicken Salad, Albacore Tuna, Roast Beef and Marinated Artichoke, Turkey BLT, Italian, Club, Chicken Caesar, Turkey-Avocado, Chicken Chorizo. Salads include Chicken Pecorino Caesar Salad, Chef's Salad, Cafe Salad, and House Salad. From the grill, you can get a cilantro garlic steak sandwich, burgers, grouper sandwich, or a reuben.

- Come enjoy a glass of wine and Brian's unique cuisine in a more formal atmosphere. Start with tapas including coconut crusted shrimp, sauteed clams and italian sausage, mussels with garbanzo beans and chorizo, goat cheese and tomato cuban crostinis, mozzarella proscuitto and fresh basil quesadilla, or an asiago crusted crab cake. Enjoy pasta like Italian sausage and spinache pasta, pollo pasta caliente, lime shrimp pasta crema, Brian's crab enchilado, shrimp and goat cheese pasta, or pork scallopine. Pair your meal with a pecorino caesar or mixed green salad. Entrees include pancetta-basil wrapped chicken breast, red chile grilled chicken breast with brie, chorizo stuffed pork loin, five-chile seared cuban style skirt steak, crispy seared salmon, asiago crusted crab cakes, ancho seared grouper, seafood paella, lobster risotto with truffle essence, and chimmichurri rolled fillet mignon.
